Reservations are accepted on the following terms:

  1. The flat should be left clean and tidy and the cost of any breakages, damages, etc. are made good.
  2. A deposit of £50 will be taken upon arrival and returned on checkout, subject to inspection.
  3. The management cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the visitors’ property, or any injury sustained during the period of occupation to the visitors’ family or guests.
  4. Only the number of persons on the booking form will be accommodated.
  5. A booking fee is required to secure a reservation and if payment of balance is made by cheque, it must be received 14 days prior to arrival for clearance. It is stressed that if a cheque is presented on arrival a bank charge of £15 will be made to undertake a search. Credit/Debit cards are not accepted.
  6. Reservations begin on Saturday at 1.30 p.m. and terminate on Saturday at 9.30 a.m. unless otherwise arranged. (This gives an opportunity for cleaning and inspection).
  7. If you cannot check-in by 3:00 p.m. on the arrival date, You MUST telephone us with the expected arrival time. If you arrive after 5:00 without prior arrangement you may lose your reservation unless fully paid up.
  8. If a booking cannot be taken up, we must be notified in writing at once, whereupon we will endeavour to re-let the vacancy. If a successful re-let is achieved, the hirer only forfeits the deposit, but should we be unable to re-let the vacancy the hirer is legally liable to pay the balance of the hiring charge.
  9. Cars are parked at owners’ risk and only one space per flat will be allocated.
